Summer Forever

Thinking of living in Florida? Or are you already here?

Would if summer lasted all year? It’s kind of crazy to think, but for those of us that live the Florida Lifestyle, it’s imaginable. Our summer is just as hot as yours is. We have the best fall, winter, and spring as far as temperatures go. Our Florida communities are happening places. We have beaches, snorkeling, boating, fishing, great schools, the finest restaurants, jobs, people. I could go on but you get the idea.

Our Real Estate Market is moving along. Homes are available in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Our eclectic market works for a large variety of buyers. If your thinking of buying for the first time or perhaps this isn’t your first time, it’s important to be pre-approved first. The process can be started with questions from your loan officer. They will determine what price range fits your budget.

But wait, what area suits you best? From experience, I’ve lived on both the West and East side of this lovely state. Sun is the same, taxes and insurance change depending on the county. There are so many very great areas if you have a chance to visit first, that helps. Depending on what type of lifestyle you like best places like Orland, Tampa, West Palm Beach, Miami to name a few are busy, busy. More moderate relaxed communities, in my opinion, are Sebastian, Palm Bay, Vierra, Port St Lucie, Naples, Jupiter and on and on.

There is so much I can say in regards to living and working in Florida. Viewing web sites will give you ideas, but really don’t hone in on details. As a Realtor for the past 20 + years in my experience, I’ve seen people come and go while looking for a place to live. Knowing what you want is key to success. Letting your Realtor know what is most important saves you time.

It is my pleasure and honor to assist you in your Real Estate needs. Follow my World Press Blog at Floridarealestate.blog I have tips that will help you whether you’re in Florida or not. As always I’m here for your Real Estate Questions.
