Our Indian River County MLS tells me that we have 870 parcels available today. Size, location, and prices are available. This Treasure Coast area sits between Vero Beach and Micco Fl. Pt. St. Lucie, Ft.Pierce,Palm Bay, Melbourne and Viera are not far away.
Negotiations work just as well on vacant land as they do on a home purchase. Right now I have 10 acres that I negotiated on in a due diligence period. That property was not in my county however it is in Florida.
Quarter Acre or half-acre lots are a great size to build a home on. When paying cash your proof of funds is always welcome. There a few banks that will do land financing.
Think about the land that holds big buildings and whole neighborhoods. That use to be raw land.
