Some of FSBO’s have the knowledge to sell a property, perhaps they had been in the Real Estate Business. Others are thinking that they can save the expense of going through a professional Realtor. Those options can be solid in the right market.
The Realtor will conduct a CMA, that gives the current stats of the home. The Market Analysis is conducted methodically by square footage, age of the home, lot size, location and condition of the home and of course recent Sales. The market will dictate the value of selling in today’s market.
